Refund/ Return Policy
We will gladly accept returns after 14 days for an exchange or store-credit only. No refunds, unfortunately. Items must be postmarked on or within the 14 days since delivery date to be eligible for store credit/ exchange. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you an exchange or store credit. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the tag attached (if applicable.) Exchanges may only be for the same product or product of the same price.
Please include your receipt or order invoice in the package with your return. Please mark the items you are returning, the reason why and a note whether you would like store credit or an exchange. As long as we have the product in stock, we will send you an exchange. If not, we will contact you. If you not longer have your invoice, please write a note and include it in your package with the following info: Name, Email, Order Number, Item(s), Reason. If these are not included, it will delay the process.
The Little Rad Wolf does not pay for the return shipping, but will cover the cost to ship a new item to you in the case(s) of an exchange or damaged product. It is highly recommended to use a tracking service when shipping the item back to us. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should definitely consider purchasing shipping insurance in addition to the tracking service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

It is the customer's responsibility to read through our policies before ordering.
You will receive store credit in the amount of the purchase price only.
Sale items are FINAL SALE.
All items are carefully inspected upon receipt and exchange/ store credit is at our discretion. You will only receive store credit or an exchange if the returned item is in perfect condition.
Please allow time for item to be inspected before store credit is issued or an exchange is sent out. Returns may sometimes take up to two/ three weeks depending on shipping status. Hang tight! We have not forgotten about you! :)
Gift cards and swimwear are non returnable.
All items are inspected carefully before shipping, so if you receive a product that has been damaged, please email us at email@example.com
If the tracking status says delivered, we are not responsible for any missing packages USPS has been very great about this and it has not been a problem. Please check in all places for your package before contacting us including your neighbors house, mailbox, by the front door, with the leasing office, etc.
